Augmentative Resources manufactures Low Tech Communication products. We offer augmentative and alternative or AAC devices for communication, Language Development and Reading Literacy. Uses would include language development, speech language therapy, treatment of speech disorders, Autism, Regressive Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorder and learning disabilities. Recommendations for our products would come from Speech Language Pathologists (SLP), Special Education Teachers and Assistive Technology Teams (AT). Users would include individuals with Autism, Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Nonverbal Learning Disability (NLD), Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), Childhood Disintegrative Disorder (CDD), Regressive Autism, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Applied Behavior Analysis and Nonverbal Learning Disability. Many of our devices are used with picture symbol (PECS and PCS) and are constructed using Hook & Loop receptive material.
