Conditions of Sale
Title and Risk of loss pass when the merchandise is picked up by the common carrier, for delivery to the customer.
Merchandise may be returned, within ten days of receipt. Any merchandise returned must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Augmentative Resources will refund the cost of the merchandise, only. No returns on computer software, books, cut lengths of fabric or Hook & Loop products.
Augmentative Resources manufactures quality products and warrants our workmanship and materials for a period of 60 days after purchase by the consumer. This assumes normal use by the consumer. Products returned for consideration for warranty replacement will be examined and replaced solely at the discretion of Augmentative Resources Inc..
It is the responsibility of the consumer to determine the suitability of products from Augmentative Resources Inc., for use in their particular application. The consumer is solely responsible for the proper use of these products and assumes all liability and risk associated with their use.
